Beef: Demetrius Brown — Atlanta

Demetrius is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, chef at Fowling Warehouse in Atlanta and was an Eater Young Gun nominee.

Beef: Kevin Lee — Oklahoma City

Kevin is the chef and owner of Gogi Go and chef de cuisine at Vast in Oklahoma City and was named the best chef of 2020 by the Oklahoma Gazette.

Beef: Yia Medina — Dallas

A private chef in Dallas, Yia has received a Rising Star nomination and has run many of the top steakhouses in Dallas.

Shellfish: Johnnie Gale — Breaux Bridge, LA

Chef Jonnie is an executive chef at a seafood restaurant that serves over 15,000 pounds of crawfish a week and was named one of 2020's Best Chefs of Louisiana.

Shellfish: Colin Hazama — Honolulu

Chef Colin is an executive chef at The Royal Hawaiian Resort in Waikiki and was named 2018's Restaurateur of the Year by Honolulu Magazine.

Shellfish: Barton Seaver — South Freeport, ME

An authority on all things seafood, Barton was named Chef of the Year by Esquire Magazine and has written seven books on seafood.
