Four bakers create cookies, cupcakes and a showpiece cake in six hours of nonstop competition. Host Buddy Valastro and guest judges visit each kitchen to taste and critique the bakers' creations while the clock continues to tick down. The winning baker gets to finally relax on a dream vacation of their choice.

It's safe to say that baking is in Buddy Valastro's blood. He learned the ins and outs of his family's bakery while growing up there and working alongside his father, Buddy Sr. Today, Buddy specializes in over-the-top cakes and authentic Italian pastries. In addition to six in New Jersey, Carlo's Bakery has locations in New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Florida, Texas and Nevada.
