Claire Thomas is a self-taught cook, author and director with a love of history and design. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, son, dog and cat. She is also the cofounder, creative director and photographer of Sweet Laurel. She is also the creator behind The Kitchy Kitchen and the food history podcast, A Time and A Plate.
