Camari Mick — New York City

Camari is the executive pastry chef at The Musket Room in NYC. She has created some pretty interesting ice cream flavors throughout her career, such as roasted fig with balsamic, date soy sauce ice cream, and bay leaf ice cream with peach crostata.

Cesar Aldrete — New York City

Growing up in Chihuahua, Mexico, Cesar found a lot of his culinary inspiration in all the different flavors that are found in Mexican cuisine. He currently works as a pastry chef in New York City.

Daniel Levine — Miami

Daniel got his first ice cream machine when he was 13 and since then he always knew that ice cream was his passion. He is the owner of the Miami ice cream shop Dasher & Crank. He hopes to follow in the footsteps of Ben & Jerry by giving the people what they want - delicious flavors that remind you of your childhood and have amazing texture.

Jessica Oloroso — Chicago

Jessica is the owner of Black Dog Gelato. One of the things that most intrigues her about ice cream is that there are so many possibilities - she is never bored!

Rabia Kamara — Richmond, VA

Rabia is the owner of Ruby Scoops, a trendy Richmond ice cream shop. She likes to focus on using the medium of ice cream to introduce people to flavors that they may not necessarily know but will hopefully grow to love.

Ryan Kurr — New Orleans

Ryan is the founder and owner of Arcana Creamery. During his free time he practices witchcraft, which he says is similar to cooking because you’re always making things and mixing things. He's known as "The Ice Cream Witch."
