Holiday Baking Championship: Gingerbread Showdown: Jesse Palmer challenges three teams of bakers to create a gingerbread scene depicting gnomes hangin' for the holidays. To make these Scandinavian friends feel more at home, the teams also have to create a cardamom dessert to go with their scene. Judges Nacho Aguirre, Kardea Brown and Breegan Jane decide which team wins the competition.

Throwdown with Michael Symon: Michael Symon pulls out all the stops for a throwdown focused on a couple of the things he does best — burgers and barbecue. Slinging a burger piled high with juicy pulled pork, his mystery competitor is former fine dining chef Matt Abdoo, now at Brooklyn's canalside hot spot, Pig Beach.

Buddy vs. Duff: Holiday: For their final battle, Buddy Valastro and Duff Goldman create their own magical winter wonderlands. The teams construct artic creatures and their habitats in displays of massive proportions, and the King of Holiday Cakes is crowned.

Holiday Wars: With $25,000 at stake, the last two teams of cake and sugar artists must showcase the wildest, most-powerful modernization imaginable for Santa's new ride. At the end of the fast-paced bake-off judged by Maneet Chauhan, Shinmin Li and Aarti Sequeira, one team will be crowned the newest Holiday Wars Champion.

Holiday Baking Championship: Jesse Palmer kicks off the finale with a swanky Christmas open house and asks the bakers to create dessert charcuterie boards. Then, the bottom two bakers face off in a sudden elimination challenge of dueling holiday pinata desserts. In the final main heat, the competitors take on holiday party theme cakes and incorporate lights into their designs.

Christmas Cookie Challenge: Santa's recruiting new animals for his team, and it's up to five of the best cookie makers around to come up with the candidates! Get ready for fun with a frosty friend as the cookiers craft one-of-a-kind 3-D snowmen. To infuse their cookie snowmen with a chilly flavor, the competitors incorporate frozen fruits like blueberry, strawberry, raspberry and blackberry. With $10,000 on the line, only one can be "Best in Snow."

Kids Baking Championship: The family-favorite dessert competition returns for a new season as Valerie Bertinelli and Duff Goldman welcome a dozen of the youngest bakers ever to the Kids Baking Championship. The ten-week competition will test the kid contestants, ages 8-11, in difficult themed challenges. From kitchen sink sweets, to cream puffs, and to dessert imposters, they must showcase their impressive baking skills and techniques. Only one incredible young baker will rise to the top to earn the sweet grand prize, including a spot in Food Network Magazine and the title of Kids Baking Champion.

Raid the Fridge: In a competition hosted by actor, comedian and food podcaster Dan Ahdoot, professional chefs raid a fridge and attempt to turn ordinary ingredients into extraordinary dishes that win over judges Jordan Andino and Jamika Pessoa. With a new batch of fridges in each round, the chefs must make their selections using only the magnets and fridge art as clues to what ingredients might be inside. The last chef standing at the end of three rounds wins $10,000 and the coveted title of Raider of the Fridge.

A tour of a pineapple farm ends with a unique vodka chaser, and of course they indulge in poke, shave ice and wild game before meeting up with a couple Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives favorites to see what they've been cooking.
